What do you fill your working weeks with?

Always the right people in the right place, that is your goal. So when it comes to planning, you are our expert. You manage a high-quality pool of flex workers that you link to the client’s request in the Plan4Flex system. This means you have a lot of contact with both flex workers and the client, but also with recruiters and coordinators. You are aware of the forecasts and latest developments at your client, and seamlessly adjust your planning accordingly.
No days are the same for you as a Planner. You work with people, which involves many changes and alterations. You work hard to organize everything as well as possible in the interest of the flexworker and client. You are not afraid of complex planning issues. As Planner, you manage the inflow, through-flow and outflow in the pool of temporary workers and you do so with complete dedication.

Who are you and what do you bring with you?

• Preferably one year of experience as a planner / experience at a staffing organization or you are willing to learn this beautiful profession;
• You speak Polish (must) as well as Dutch or English;
• You preferably live in the Westland region or just outside it;
• You are an energetic doer who enjoys working in a team. You don’t turn off the lights until everything is settled with each other;
• You are sharp and know how to keep an overview. You can set priorities like no other;
  Day in, day out, you put together a big puzzle. You see this as a challenge and your heart makes a jump when you succeed again;
• You have a driving license (B).
