    Housing and transport

    Finding accommodation in the Netherlands is a challenge and we are happy to help you with that. We have our own accommodation in several cities in the western part of the Netherlands. Naturally, our accommodation is SNF-certified and therefore fully equipped. In addition, we arrange your commute by means of organised transport, you can ride along with colleagues or become a driver yourself and take one of our cars to work. An electric bike is also a possibility!

    Frequently asked questions (FAQ)

    What kind of accommodation do you offer?

    We offer different types of accommodation: rooms, bungalows or appartments. All accommodation is SNF-certified. This guarantees that the accommodation is fully equipped and meets all legal requirements. We have accommodation in places such as Schagen, Ter Aar, ‘s-Gravenzande, Honselersdijk, Rotterdam, Vlaardingen and Hoogvliet.

    What kind of work do you offer?

    There is always something that suits you; we find the perfect match. Our clients work in various industries. Most organisations are in the logistics and AGF sectors. We mainly offer jobs as production worker, warehouse employee, machine operator, forklift driver, EPT driver, table/band leader and order picker.

    What hourly wages do you offer?

    The hourly wage depends on the CAO of the client you are working for. If the client does not have a CAO, the client is obliged to pay the minimum wage for people aged 21 or older. This is €13,68 gross per hour (based on a 40-hour working week).

    How many hours per week is work guaranteed?

    Almost all our positions are available full-time (40 hours per week). Our clients aim to guarantee a minimum of 32 hours of work per week. Does your client have less than 40 hours of work available and would you like to work more? Then we will see if you can work the remaining hours for another client.

    Do we guarantee transportation?

    Yes, transportation is always available to you. You can use our bike plan or our transportation service. The transport service works with pick-up locations close to your home. If you have a B driving license, it is also possible to drive to work together with colleagues in one of our company cars.

    Is speaking a particular language required?

    We have many positions available that do not require a particular language. These clients always employ multilingual coordinators or a multilingual manager. The house and hygiene rules are available in several languages. For some positions and with some clients, however, it is important that you can communicate (speak and read) at least in English (or sometimes Dutch).

    When will my salary be paid?

    We pay your salary weekly, unless something else has been agreed. We deliver the hours worked to the bank on Thursday morning. If you have a Dutch bank account, you will receive your salary the same day. With a foreign bank account, this is one day later.

    So: if you start working in week 5, with a foreign bank account you will receive your salary in week 6 on Friday at the latest.

    Your salary slip is sent by e-mail every week or every four weeks.
