What do you fill your working weeks with?
Always the right people in the right place, that is your goal. When it comes to planning, you are our expert. You manage a high-quality pool of flex workers that you link to the customer’s request in the Plan4Flex system. This means that you have a lot of contact with both flex workers and the customer, but also with recruiters and coordinators. You are aware of the forecasts and the latest developments at your customer, and you seamlessly adjust your planning accordingly.
For you as a Planner, no day is the same. You work with people, and that involves many changes and changes. You put a lot of effort into organizing everything as best as possible in the interests of the flex worker and the customer. You do not shy away from complex planning issues. As a Planner you control the inflow, throughflow and outflow in the pool of temporary workers and you do this with complete dedication.
Who are you and what do you bring with you?
- Preferably one year of experience as a planner / experience at a temporary employment agency or you are willing to master this beautiful profession;
- You speak both Polish (must) and Dutch or English language;
- You preferably live in the Westland or just beyond;
- You are an energetic doer who enjoys working in a team. You only turn off the light when everything has been arranged;
- You are as sharp as a hawk and know how to keep an overview. You can set priorities like no other;
- Day in, day out you put together a big puzzle. You see this as a challenge and your heart jumps when you succeed again;
- You are in possession of a driving license B.
