How do I sign up?

You can sign up via our website. We will contact you as soon as possible. You will be contacted by phone within five business days to schedule an intake interview. Our employees will explain what you should bring with you in order to complete the registration process. Be sure to take a recent CV with you!

Who do I contact about salary questions?

If you have any questions about salary payments, payslips, or other salary-related issues, please e-mail these to info@solutionsteam.nl. You can also call our headquarters in De Lier on 0174 512 554.

When will my salary be paid out?

Salaries are paid out weekly, unless you have indicated a preference for a four-weekly payment. If you have a bank account, we guarantee that you will receive your salary payment before the weekend.

For example: If you start working in week 5, you will receive your salary payment by Friday of week 6.

On rare occasions, the salary may be paid out after the weekend, due to factors over which we have no control, such as bank problems, holiday bank closures, or other external factors.

Payslips are sent weekly or every four weeks by e-mail. If you would like to receive your payslips by post, please contact us by e-mail at info@solutionsteam.nl.

What is wage tax credit?

What is wage tax credit? - Solutions can help employees and employers in the Westland region.

Everyone who receives a salary is entitled to wage tax credit. This credit gives you a tax deduction and a discount on national insurance contributions. The wage tax credit can be applied one time for the employer with which you earn the most income.

If you have another form of income, the wage tax credit will not apply. It can only be applied to one income!

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. To prevent unwanted problems, it’s important to fill out the form correctly. If you have any questions or concerns, contact the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration by phone on 0800-0543. Make sure to keep your Dutch citizen service number (BSN) at hand. You can also consult the Dutch Tax and Customs Administration website at www.belastingdienst.nl

Do you receive benefits? If so, ask your UWV contact person or your municipality to determine whether the wage tax credit applies in your case.

How and when do I report ill.

In the event of illness, you must personally notify your contact person at Solutions Uitzendbureau before work starts. You must then call our headquarters in De Lier on 0174 512 554 (as of 8:00 AM).

After notifying headquarters, you must inform your work supervisor.

Do I have to report fit for work?

Do I have to report fit for work? - Solutions can help employees and employers in the Westland region.

You are responsible for reporting fit for work by calling the headquarters in De Lier on 0174 512 554. We will then consult your work supervisor to determine whether you can resume work the next day.

You may receive a letter from the “Dutch Employee Insurance Agency (UWV)” asking you to contact them to report fit for work. In this case you will have to report fit for work at Solutions and at the UWV.

What do I do if I have a doctor's appointment or dentist's appointment?

Try to schedule your appointments outside work hours as much as possible. If this is not possible, be sure to contact your work supervisor as soon as possible, and at least 48 hours in advance, to ask for time off. Inform headquarters in De Lier of your appointment by calling 0174 512 554.

How do I request a free day?

Free days and holidays must be requested in advance by contacting your work supervisor. Try to request free days as early as possible and avoid scheduling any appointments until your supervisor has approved your free days. Free days and holidays must be requested at the company you work for, not at Solutions. However, do inform us when your free days have been approved.

Requesting free days:

  1. Submit a request with your work supervisor.
  2. Once your request has been approved, you can make appointments or plan a holiday on your free days.
  3. Inform Solutions Uitzendbureau of your free days.
  4. Enjoy your time off!
