Behind every workday is smart transport planning, and you’re the one who makes it happen.

As a Transport Planner, you are responsible for organising and managing daily transport planning for flex workers. This includes ensuring that employees arrive safely, on time, and without unnecessary delays. You work closely with colleagues from recruitment, planning, and transport to make sure daily operations run smoothly. A big part of your role is coordinating pick-up and drop-off schedules, adjusting routes when needed, and keeping transport efficient throughout the day for multiple locations and clients.

You stay in close contact with drivers and flex workers and clearly communicate any changes. You take into account factors such as route efficiency, timing, availability, and reliability to keep transport running smoothly. Administrative support, GPS monitoring, and coordination of driver payments are handled by our head office, allowing you to fully focus on planning, communication, and operational continuity.

What we ask

  • MBO level of working and thinking
  • Strong command of Polish, with knowledge of Dutch and/or English (spoken and written)
  • Available for min. 40 hours per week
  • Flexible to work in shifts (morning and afternoon), Monday to Saturday
  • Organised, proactive, and communicative
  • You take responsibility and enjoy working independently
  • You work accurately and keep agreements
