Summary

As a Transportplanner at Uitzendbureau Solutions, you will play a important role in facilitating the daily transport of flex workers to their workplaces, ensuring efficient routes and timely arrivals. Every day we schedule approximately 1800 flex workers for transport to work via our Transport department with cars and shuttle buses. Reporting directly to the Operation Managers, your primary goal will be to plan driver routes with maximum efficiency. You will be the main point of contact between our clients, drivers, and your colleague coordinators.

Key tasks:

• Transport planning to ensure timely and efficient delivery of flex workers to client locations;
• Administration tasks including managing contact details, sending transport lists, and GPS monitoring;
• Overseeing driver payments and safety rules;
• Maintaining communication with drivers, coordinators, and flex workers to address any issues or concerns;
• Coordination of transport logistics and reporting of any route-related challenges.

Requirements:

• Minimum of one year of experience as a transport planner at other employment agencies;
• Proficient in writing and speaking of the Polish and English or Dutch language;
• Good understanding of Dutch topography;
• Availability for 40 hours per week and willingness to work in two shifts (morning and afternoon).
