Apply directly!Work in a high-tech production environment where paper becomes packaging, fast, precise, and at scale.
This is a full-time technical role in a modern production facility in De Lier. Every day, large rolls of paper are turned into corrugated cardboard, a key material used to make packaging for companies across Europe. You’ll be part of the machine team that keeps this process running smoothly. You start your shift by preparing the machine components, adjusting glue rollers, setting brake tension, and checking pressure points.
Once production is underway, you monitor the flow, keep an eye on product quality, and step in when something needs adjustment. You’ll also help with small repairs and fill out control forms to keep track of production data. What makes this job stand out is the balance between structure and growth. You’ll begin with a specific section of the machine and, over time, learn more until you can operate multiple parts independently. Internal training is provided, and your initiative is noticed.
The more responsibility you take, the more you can grow. The production hall is clean, temperature-controlled, and organized. You’ll work in a 3-shift system with clear procedures and good shift allowances.
