Housing Coordinator

Your role

As a Housing Coordinator at Solutions, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our employee accommodation. This is mainly a field-based role, combining technical tasks, organisational responsibilities and daily contact with people.

You will regularly visit our accommodation locations, check their condition and make sure the properties are kept tidy and that residents follow the house rules. You will carry out minor repairs, respond to reported issues and solve day-to-day problems. Matters that require additional support will be passed on to the right person, while you make sure the team has all the information they need.

An important part of your role will be communicating with residents, both when they need support and when house rules need to be explained or reinforced. You will also prepare reports after your visits and occasionally transport new employees from the office to their accommodation.

We are looking for someone who notices what needs attention, knows how to prioritise and takes responsibility for their work.

Who are we looking for?

• A valid category B driving licence and willingness to work in the field on a daily basis
• Polish and conversational English
• Practical technical skills and the ability to carry out minor repairs independently
• Independence, responsibility and a good approach to people — you know how to listen, solve problems calmly and communicate rules clearly
• Flexibility and willingness to relocate within the Netherlands, depending on the region in which you will be working

Experience in coordination, employee accommodation or technical work is an advantage, but not a requirement. Your practical skills, resourcefulness and mindset are more important to us.

How do we work?

You will mainly work in the field, visiting our accommodation locations and working closely with the team responsible for housing.

This is a full-time position with flexible working hours based on operational needs. Overtime and weekend work may occasionally be required. Team members rotate weekend duties, so this does not mean working every Saturday and Sunday.

• €2,600–€3,100 gross per month, depending on experience
• 25 days of paid holiday based on full-time employment and 8% holiday allowance
