Floral Product Worker

A Floral Product Worker creates beautiful plant decorations that combine nature and design. In this role, the company focuses on producing unique arrangements by combining greenery with materials such as glass, ceramics, and wood. As a result, these products ship to customers across Europe. During your workday, you take part in a dynamic and creative production process. Specifically, you work on an assembly line where each team member contributes to building artistic arrangements.

For example, you place vases, add moss and soil, and carefully position plants. At the same time, you focus on precision, maintain a steady pace, and work closely with your team to achieve consistent quality. Meanwhile, you work in a clean, temperature-controlled production hall, which creates a comfortable environment. Throughout your shift, you stand in one position and focus on both quality and speed. For safety reasons, you wear safety shoes at all times.

Job description

• Assembling decorative plant arrangements using various materials
• Performing basic quality checks
• Packing finished products for shipment
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Supporting team members and meeting daily production goals

What we ask

• You are motivated, accurate and able to multitask
• You are physically fit and can stand for long periods
• No language skills required
• Driving licence B is a plus
• You enjoy working in a team
