Floral Product Worker

Floral product worker, creates beautiful plant decorations that brings nature and design together. The company specializes in combining greenery with materials like glass, ceramics, and wood to produce unique plant arrangements shipped across Europe. In this position, you’ll be part of a dynamic and creative production process. You’ll work on an assembly line where each team member contributes to building these artistic arrangements – from placing the vase to adding moss, soil, and plants. Precision, a steady pace, and teamwork are key in this role. The production hall is clean and temperature-controlled, ensuring a comfortable environment. You’ll stand in one place during your shift, focusing on quality and speed. Safety shoes are required.

Job description

• Assembling decorative plant arrangements using various materials
• Performing basic quality checks
• Packing finished products for shipment
• Maintaining a clean and organized workstation
• Supporting team members and meeting daily production goals

What we ask

• You are motivated, accurate and able to multitask
• You are physically fit and can stand for long periods
• No language skills required
• Driving licence B is a plus
• You enjoy working in a team
