Our whistleblower policy ensures that you can do so without fear of punishment, dismissal, or disadvantage. We stand for transparency, integrity, and respect, values that apply to everyone in and around our company.

What is a whistleblower policy?

A whistleblower policy gives employees, contractors, and other parties the opportunity to report suspected misconduct or irregularities within or around the organization in a safe and careful manner. The policy ensures that your report is handled seriously, confidentially and objectively, and that your identity is protected from disclosure or unwanted consequences. Anyone who makes a report in good faith is fully protected against dismissal, disadvantage, or other negative consequences. So that everyone can report wrongdoing without fear or risk.

When can you report?

You can make a report if you suspect wrongdoing such as:

  • Fraud, corruption, or theft.
  • Misuse of funds or resources.
  • Violations of laws or regulations.
  • Risks to safety, health, or the environment.
  • Discrimination, bullying, or abuse of power.

If you have a personal issue related to your work or supervisor (such as schedules or pay), please use the complaints procedure, not this policy.

How can you report?

You can report in two ways:

  • Personal conversation with the confidential advisor (you can ask at the office who this is).

You may report anonymously if you prefer. Within 7 days you will receive confirmation of your report (unless you remain anonymous). Within 3 months you will be informed about what has been done with your report.

Protection

If you report in good faith, you are fully protected. This means:

  • No dismissal, suspension, or disciplinary action.
  • No bullying, exclusion, or disadvantage.
  • Confidential treatment of your data.
