Job description

We are looking for a dedicated Transport Planner who will take charge of organizing the daily transport schedules for a large number of temporary workers at one of our key clients. You’ll collaborate closely with teams in recruitment, planning, and transport, but the final responsibility for ensuring smooth and efficient transportation is yours! You will be supported by our head office for tasks such as administrative duties, GPS monitoring, and coordinating driver payments.

Communication with drivers and clients is mainly in Polish and English, while Dutch is used within the office.

What we ask

Our minimum requirements are:

• MBO level of working and thinking
• Proficiency in Polish, with knowledge of Dutch and/or English
• Availability for 40 hours per week
• Flexibility to work in shifts (morning and afternoon), Monday to Saturday
