Housing Coordinator – Ter Aar

Job description

At our bungalow park in Ter Aar we have room for 230 temporary workers, whom we house and who use our cars. We are looking for a housing employee who enjoys guiding these temporary workers in their living and working.

You prefer to be technically versed so that you can also help our fleet manager. You also live (for free!) at the park – it is therefore important that you can keep business and private life well separated. Every day you are busy with who is new to arrive, who is leaving, that peace is preserved in the park and that everyone adheres to the rules and that the park is tidy. So you can also help with our fleet: maybe a car needs to be issued, or maybe a car needs to be made? You discuss this with the fleet manager. Of course you discuss everything related to housing with your manager, the head of housing.

The total housing team consists of one head of housing and 4 housing employees. We mainly communicate with our candidates in Polish and English, and we also communicate in Dutch at the office. For this position there is therefore a strong preference for a candidate who speaks these languages.

What we ask

The minimum we ask is:

• MBO / Secondary vocational education working and thinking level
• Mastery of the Polish, English language and Dutch is a plus
• Available 40 hours a week
